« We received instruction on how to get into the apartment. The bath towels were minimal. we never had any contact by the host other than email. Maybe it’s the European way, but I thought that was very odd. I called because the TV was not working and I felt as if I was interrupting the host. The accommodations were fine. Overall, if ever in Triest again, we would certainly contact Ghiberti again. The price was very reasonable. »

« The staff is very welcoming but there is no 24/7 service, the rooms are OK for a short stay. The hotel is located very near the bus and train stations but quite difficult to find (little or no signs). As it is indicated, there is no individual bathrooms and the shared showers are not very clean... »

She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store. »
