Bright, welcoming and made for relaxed coastal stays, the home offers an easy connection between comfortable interiors and a generous garden. At its heart, the open-plan living area is a natural place to slow down after mornings at the beach, with inviting sofas, a large TV and ceiling fan. An electric fireplace brings warmth to cooler evenings, while reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps the living space comfortable through the seasons.

The adjoining kitchen makes home-style meals easy, with electric cooking, an oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. Gather around the dining table over breakfast before heading to the beach, then take lunch outdoors beneath the covered entertaining area. Here, a six-seat alfresco table, BBQ and outdoor lounge overlook the wide lawn, creating a relaxed setting for long lunches, quiet afternoons and evenings spent together. The fully enclosed yard offers plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors among established greenery.

The primary and second bedrooms each offer a queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan and garden outlook, creating restful spaces to retreat at the end of the day. The third bedroom has a single bed, built-in robe and dedicated workspace for anyone needing a quiet spot to catch up on work or study. A fresh, modern bathroom offers both a separate shower and bathtub, complemented by a separate toilet for everyday convenience.

A dedicated laundry with a front-loading washing machine and dryer keeps longer stays effortless. The spacious driveway accommodates two cars or provides room for a caravan or boat. Best of all, Goolwa Beach is only a five-minute walk away, making spontaneous swims, surf sessions and shoreline strolls an easy part of each day.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
