« This visit was our second full week stay. Once again, it was wonderful. Claire was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. My wife and I find the house to be perfect for us. It is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The Estrella Mountain location is one of our favorites in the Valley – close to Phoenix, yet far enough away to be comfortably quiet. This property really feels like home to us – so much so that we intend to book another week next year. »

« We came to Goodyear for Spring Training baseball week. The location was close to several of the parks that we wanted to go to. No parking in the driveway and the garage was too small for our vehicle, but we were able to park within a block or 2 upon returning each time. We had no issues with anything and communication with Tim and Tara was always quick in responding. Instructions were very clear on check-in / check-out process. Would recommend this stay for anyone. »

« The room was nice and had a small refridgerator and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very quiet with a beautiful neighborhood. A few minutes from several hiking trails, though that does cost $7 to hike at the park. The only suggestion I would make is to get a cheap desk and chair for in front of the window, I had a lot of business work and schooling to conduct while I was there and it was difficult to do any of it from the couch or bed. »
