« The room was very clean and well maintained/new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was great. The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall. »

« The room is adjoined to another condo which is not disclosed at booking. When the other condo has the door open, the A/C shuts off which was a major issue. When the A/C did kick on, it barely worked. An employee walked into our condo (the door WAS locked) without knocking. He had the wrong room. There was visible dust and dirt on the bathroom floor like it had not been cleaned at all. Blood like stains on the linens and under neath the bed looked like that’s where all the dirt got swept. « Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth.
