« This is a world class hotel. Service minded, but without pretentions, with the austrian discretion and elegance. Very good location, just 10 min from the train station or the city center including the Hahnenkamm ski lift, but taxi to the lift is available from 8:30 to 10:30 as a courtesy. The room was very confortable, bed included with a large elegant bathroom with two sinks and both shower and a nice bathtube where you could relax when you missed the spa after-ski. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows)
(-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing.

« Such a beautiful and very clean property in a stunning spot. It was convenient to get to and near Kitzbuel where we wanted to ski. The rooms are very nice and recently remodeled. So cute! Perfect get-away. »
