« There were hairs all over the bathtub. The was a constant having dripping of coming from the floor above. The breakfast buffet that they charged $15 for was the same as you get a hotels that offer free full breakfast. The french toast almot broke a tooth is was so hard. Not up to Holiday Inn standards and certainly not worth $215 a night!!! »

« Parking was good but you do have to pay nightly fee—$8. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. Staff pleasant. Always a good stay. They were painting back of building so pool and spa were all chained up. A bit disappointing as we were there a week. »

« This hotel is by far the best in this part of San Antonio, we have tried at least 4 or 5, and it tops all of them! Special thanks to Nancy who went well above and beyond making my stay really comfortable, including scrubbing the slippery floor until it wasn't slippery any more at 9pm!! Parking is free, breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items and the rooms are much bigger than any others we've had. »

« Everything was fantastic. The only bummer was being really tired and anxious to get in our room. Check in was at 3 and we had to wait till 3:30. »

« The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. »
