« Expedia canceled my reservations at the last minute. I was enjoying my event and did not realize they canceled it until I went to check in around midnight. Very disappointed and frustrated because I could not find another hotel. I had a two night reservation stay out of town. I had to sleep in the car for the first night because I could not find a hotel. Even though I had my reservations over a week ago. Hotel seemed like it was nice, but I didn’t get to experience it. »

« The breakfast was very good, but the hotel was very dirty. The housekeeping service was poor, they only cleaned the room every three days, and the towels were stained. »

« The room was not clean-sheets did not fit the King size bed-- one side kept popping off,the bathroom was not ring around toliet and tube, sink was not clean. the Kitchnette area was not clean, and the sink in kitchen was not clean, refrigetor was leaking water all over floor. The hallways coming up the elevator was dirty and full of spots. The Breakfast promised was coffee, and nutrious bar, and muffins were stale. When we returned from an outing-- room was not clean, and garbage overflowing--...

« L’accès à la maison d’hôtes fut très facile, l’hôte nous ayant envoyé des instructions très claires. La chambre est très confortable, propre et le service parfait. Nous avons apprécié le café dans la chambre avec un grand choix de cafés, du sucre et du lait à profusion »

« I know this is a pet friendly hotel but there should be rooms for people who are allergic to cats, as I am. I walked into the room, laid in the bed and my eyes swelled up that fast. Less than 2 minutes. I know it is pet friendly but I thought it would be cleaned more thoroughly. The staff there were fantastic and cancelled our week long reservation. I can’t talk highly enough about the staff. Thank you to them again. Just look for a hotel that doesn’t allow pets if you are as allergic...

« Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour 6 nuits! N’outre fille intégrant LewisU , nous avons choisi un hôtel assez proche ! La 1er nuit a été horrible ! Chambre délabrée , tout était cassé - la Clim, les volets , la douche … et la propreté était plus que limite ! Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et nous avons été très mal reçu par la personne à l’accueil ! Passe 18h, elle était seule, elle ne connaissait pas l hôtel et ne pouvait même pas mis dire comment arrêter la Clim dans notre chambre ....
