« We arrived late, smooth check in but the room wasn’t clean/ready. For some reason the cleaner missed our room. I called the number on file and the lady fixed the issue straight away (less than an hour) and was very apologetic. She did say I’ll get a partial refund that I haven’t heard of yet though and that’s why I’ll rate the stay at 3 stars. »

« A comfortable and clean room room, it’s a lovely property. The room has no natural light or ventilation because the widows was boarded yup for some reason. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan and aircon in the room. It’s a great location. »
