« Our family vacation to St. Simons was excellent! This townhome had plenty of space and all of the essentials we needed to be able to enjoy the week. The home is beautiful, well decorated, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had basically everything and the grill worked great so our eat in nights were a breeze. Location is just a short drive to the grocery, the pier/restaurants and the beach. We had a great time and hope to return soon! »

« The condo was wonderful. Not only is it well decorated, with modern appliances, it is situated in a wonderful area. The pool was never overcrowded because the community is small, everything was nearby (less than a 5 minute drive to the beach!) and everything we needed for cooking at home was provided. Even several seasonings. We had one minor hiccup (the propane in the grill was empty) but the host was quick to respond and remedy the issue. « Everything at this property, furnishings, appliances, plumbing, a/c, worked as rhey should and were in good condition. Additionally, placevl was equipped with linens, towels, dishes, and utencils that were in good condition as well. Nothing shabby or used hard. Location was good as well. Decor lovely. It was a true pleasure to stay here. Grounds outside imaculate. Top notch. »
