Picturesque views of nearby mountains and flowing rivers abound as the Golden area is full of trails and opportunities for outdoor exploration, including world-class skiing at nearby Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

This spacious unit offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, stocked with linens and toiletry essentials for your stay. The full kitchen and dining table for six make for a cozy space where your family can gather around a warm meal after a day exploring the mountains. There is a large balcony with mountain views perfect for taking in the alpenglow. If you’re not the cooking type, no problem! You’ll love visiting one of the many delightful nearby restaurants in downtown Golden.

The condo features 3 spacious bedrooms with mountain views from every room! There are two bathrooms, each with a bathtub. Both are fully equipped with everything you need to start your day. The third bedroom is perfect for young kids who would love bunking up for a sleepover. Nine guests can comfortably be accommodated in this condo.

We are only 4-minute walk from downtown Golden. You will have at the palm of your hand all the restaurants and outdoor activities unique to Golden.

- Golden downtown is easily navigated on foot, by bike or in a vehicle.

- Rider Express offers daily bus service to Calgary and Vancouver.

- In winter take the Champagne Powder Shuttle, a daily scheduled shuttle from Calgary Airport direct to Golden and Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

- In order to better enjoy the area of Golden we really recommend renting a vehicle. :)

-We have a cot for kids. It is granted upon request, please request before arrival.

-The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It DOES NOT measure conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.

- The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 9ft.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

1. Our mission is to make every stay a 5-star experience and resolve any issues if they arise. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

We had a great time in Golden, the property is very nice and well appointed. The location is perfect for a stroll along the river or for shopping and dining. So nice to be able to park the car and get around on foot. We will definitely stay again!
