« We stayed one night while on our way to McCarthy. The area offered beautiful surroundings, a calm lake to paddle around on and area to hike around the lake. The rooms were very nicely decorated but no running water in the room. The restroom and shower cabin was a shared building but each bathroom had a private assigned stall. This was an interesting rustic concept but for a longer stay this would not be a good option for me. Not a deal breaker but just a FYI. They did provide a nice breakfast...

« Small cabin with EVERYTHING we needed. Nice fluffy towels and comfortable linens and blankets. All of the kitchen dishes and appliances you need are present. Super quiet and clean. « We really enjoyed our stay in this very tidy, cozy cabin. The owner was super responsive to some needs we had, and it was a very easy process with checking in and out. Suggestion for improvement might be to ensure the listing maxes out at five guests. We did know that it would be a little tight with six as listed, but we all enjoyed our stay. »

« My husband and I were in town for a sports tournament and wanted a “getaway” in the process. This property fit the bill. We appreciated that multiple high schools were an easy commute for the events we needed to attend. Everything was well executed. We really could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It’s was clean, quiet and felt like home. The finishing touches and attention to detail helped to make this place extra special. I would highly recommend this property! A true gem! »
