« We had a great stay at The River House! Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the house is tastefully furnished with all the essentials. It’s in a great location with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores, but still quiet and rural. Communication was great and check-in/check-out were easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We love the space. We have gone many times there. So close to everything. Two issues…tried to get in after 4:00 and door would not open. Thankfully a lady came by, whom I guess cleans the room, and opened it for us using her computer device. Also we stayed two nites and there was only one coffee packet. Others than that…the stay was perfect …as usual. »

« The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned. »

« Everything was just as advertised, a comfortable and beautiful place to stay! Everything in Jacksonville was within walking distance of us! A very small thing, compared to the overall excellence of our stay, is beware of the fireplace hearth when walking around the couch to access the living room! If not giving it full attention it is a tripping hazard and we tripped over it several times during our stay, no other complaints and everything exceeded our expectations!!! »

« The Station House unit was very nice. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient location one block from the main street of Jacksonville downtown area. While it wasn't an issue during our stay, renters should know that the property is next door to the fire station and there is only one designated parking place for the unit. »
