« Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. « I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. « Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!! »

« Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you! »

« Lightning for the bathroom sink area was inadequate! The air conditioning did not maintain temperature well. The weighted cover was, in my opinion, way too warm. It helped emphasize the irregularities of the air conditioner. Food was good. Room was quiet. People were all nice. »

« Rooms were dirty, ceiling tiles were caving in over the kitchen, entrance doors were broke and anyone could enter. We were scheduled for 2 nights but after we came back to room after 7:00pm for 2nd night stay, the room was not cleaned. Breakfast bar had cereal but NO milk ... par for the course for this hotel. »
