* Guests have access to the entire apartment except a few locked cupboards being storage for cleaners & owners

* Allowed inside the house but not on furniture or beds
* There is ample undercover area out the back for them to have shelter and shade
* Please bring your own pet bedding
* Please ensure you have a long tether so that they can roam freely but note rear fence to water is low so they need to be kept safe from the water or escaping from the property over the low fence
* Please clean up after your pet daily

WATERFRONT:
* Ensure all children are supervised at all times
* Rear fence is short so they may be able to climb over it - we take no responsibility for your children, injuries or accidents
* No jetty available so no jetski or boats can be moored at the property sorry

KAYAKS:
* We take no responsibility for any guests using the water equipment used / left behind for your holiday stay
* If these items are lost or damaged during your stay you will be liable for repair / replacement

GARAGE:
* This is locked off for owners storage - not available for your guest stay
* Driveway is suitable for 2 cars so ample parking available - plus street parking also available
