Waterfront Capri -Walk to cafes by Bnbbooking

Bnb Booking presents this single level family home NE Waterfront in the prestigious suburb of Isle of Capri. 1.2 km to beach. Only 300m to shops, restaurants,cafes at Via Roma which boasts New Harris markets. Quiet street with a large pool area to enjoy. Bring your fur baby as it has a fully fenced back yard. (Pet fee applies prior approval). Very private alfresco dining area out the back and you can watch the kids in the pool from the living and kitchen. Walking distance to Surfers Paradise.

This great family home is situated in a quiet street on the waterfront, close to all the Gold Coast attractions. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool and a large grass fenced yard. The kitchen and living areas are open plan and an abundance of natural light from the great use of glass filters in. Whilst it is an older home, it is clean and tidy and is in a cracking location. Theres a laundry with washing machine and dryer for guest use also and a webber bbq. Enjoy the best of the Gold Coast weather with the great alfresco dining area which overlooks the pool and waterfront. There are dual king rooms (one has splittable long singles), and a queen room. Theres also an additional pullout bed in the lounge room that converts to a queen.

**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**

Guests will have access to the whole house except for a couple of locked cupboards and the storage garage. There is parking undercover for one car and an additional two can be parked on the driveway.

Note: The pool is currently waiting on resurfacing so can be scratchy and it’s appearance is due to needing resurfacing.

Situated on the sought-after Isle of Capri, conveniently located in a prime and prestigious residential area walking distance to Surfers Paradise. Enjoy all the best the Gold Coast has to offer. This 3 Bedroom home North to water is only few minutes’ walk to Gold Coast beaches, shops and cafes.

Bus stop across the road or the light rail is 5 minute walk. You are in the centre of the gold coast.
The theme parks are all about 15 minutes away Sea world, Movie world, Dreamworld and Wet and Wild, Paradise country, Top Golf.
The Q1 Observation Deck is only 800m away , on level 77 and 78 of Q1 Tower; is a must-see destination boasting sensational views - from the surf to the hinterland and beyond.
Whale watching is very popular also

A day at the footy, or rugby, or basketball, or local ironman contest is a great way to keep the whole family entertained. Discover the Hinterland
The Hinterland often gets forgotten in the glitz and glam of the Gold Coast. But up in the hills, the Coast can actually be very charming. Along the usual winery trails, there's also homemade cheeses, fudge and local brews and liquors to be sampled. Go during the weekend and snap up some local produce at a Farmers' Market, as well as some arts and craft. For the more adventurous, you can tackle one of the many rainforest walks available on Tamborine Mountain, or head down to NSW and Mt Warning. They don't call it that for nothing - you'll have to pull yourself up via a chain for the last few metres.

Visit one of Australia's Best Surf clubs North Cliff. This is a 5 minute stroll.
Whether you get along for a meal or a couple of beers with some mates, surf clubs are a favourite with locals and dish up well-priced meals in comfortable surrounds. The walls of most clubs are lined with photos of lifesavers in budgie smugglers giving a good insight into the history of the club and its members. A family-friendly dinner option and a great place for a session before you hit the clubs in Surfers.

We require all guest to inform us ahead of time for any special request e.g cot, high chair, baby gear etc. These are subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance or you may contact the local baby hire places if items aren't available. No last minute request.

As pro hosts our company BNB BOOKING is permitted to take an external security bond, photo id and a signed rental agreement to stay.

Please note the house is an older vintage and the pool whilst clean does show signs of age on the shell.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
