Walk five minutes to Pacific Fair and the Broadbeach South light rail, then come home to water views, a heated pool and a sauna. This Mermaid Beach apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate study, with ducted air-conditioning and an undercover car space. It's a self-contained Gold Coast base for families, couples and remote workers who would rather walk than drive.

This is a Gold Coast stay you can do almost entirely on foot. The apartment sits on level nine in the quieter, residential part of Mermaid Beach. Pacific Fair is five minutes away by foot, as is the Broadbeach South light rail stop, and the beach is a short walk.

Living and dining
The open-plan living area flows straight out to a large water-view balcony. It has an outdoor dining table and a lounge, so breakfast, a late lunch or a quiet drink at sunset all happen outside. Inside, ducted air-conditioning runs throughout the apartment, keeping every room comfortable in the height of a Queensland summer.

Kitchen
The full kitchen is set up for proper cooking, not just reheating. It has a dishwasher, everything you need to prepare a meal, and a Nespresso machine for the first coffee of the day. With the Pacific Fair supermarkets a short walk away, stocking up for a longer stay is easy.

Bedrooms
Main bedroom: a queen bed with crisp white linen and plenty of natural light.

Second bedroom: two single beds, which suit children, friends travelling together, or anyone who prefers their own bed.

Study
A separate study off the living area has a desk and chair. It gives remote workers a dedicated place to take calls and get through emails, away from the rest of the household. It's a genuine working space, not a corner of the dining table.

Bathrooms and laundry
There are two full bathrooms, so mornings don't turn into a queue. Each is stocked with a starter pack of toiletries. A washing machine and dryer in the apartment mean you can pack light and wash as you go, which is especially useful on a longer stay or with children.

Resort-style building facilities
Downstairs, the building has a heated pool for a swim in any season, a sauna, and a fully equipped gym. Between them you can keep your routine going without paying for a day pass elsewhere.

Parking and arrival
One undercover car space is included at no extra cost. Keys are collected from our local KeyNest location before you arrive, and full instructions are sent ahead of your stay.

Managed properly
This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Short Stays, not the building's front desk. We look after every stay personally and are available through the Airbnb app whenever you need us.

Guest Access:
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself, including the balcony, the study and the laundry. You'll also have access to the building's heated pool, sauna and gym.

Key collection: Keys and fobs are collected from KeyNest. It's quick and contactless, and full pickup instructions are sent before you arrive.

Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 10:00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 6:30am to 10:00pm

If you're arriving close to closing time, send us a message and we'll make sure everything is sorted.

Parking: One undercover car space is included at no charge. The car park has a 2.2 metre height clearance, so please check your vehicle's height, including any roof racks or pods, before you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
Light rail: The Broadbeach South stop is a five-minute walk away. Trams run north to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and, since the Stage 3 extension opened in August 2026, south through Mermaid Beach and Nobby Beach to Burleigh Heads.

On foot: Pacific Fair is five minutes away, and the beach is a short walk.

By car: One undercover space is included, with a 2.2 metre height clearance.
