Your apartment key is collected from a nearby KeyNest location. Full address and access instructions are provided with your check-in details.

Booking for today? Complete Steps 1 as soon as your booking is confirmed. Your check-in instructions and key collection code are sent after ID verification, so you can collect your key the same day.



> Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM until 11:30 PM, and we'll let you know as soon as the apartment is ready. If you need to collect your key outside these hours, please tell us at least 2 days before arrival so we can arrange an alternative. Extra fees apply.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



> Early check-in and late check-out

Both are available on request, so please reach out ahead of time. If another guest is checking out on your arrival day, our team needs time to prepare the space to our standard. A late check-out past 11:00 AM is charged as an additional night through the Airbnb Resolution Centre.

* Starter toiletries are provided in each bathroom — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and toilet paper — intended as starter supplies only.

* A portacot and highchair are available on request. The portacot includes a padded mat; please bring your own linen for baby's comfort.

* The apartment has noise monitoring in place, tracking sound levels and occupancy only — no audio recording, no cameras.

* No parties or events. This is a residential building, and we ask all guests to respect neighbours at all times.
