Guest Access:

Guests have two convenient access options to the apartment:

Surf Parade Entrance: Easy pedestrian access directly from Surf Parade.

Secure Basement Parking: Convenient access to the apartment from the designated parking area.

Detailed check-in instructions, including arrival directions, parking information and lockbox access, will be provided prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in experience.



The Neighborhood:

Perfectly positioned on Surf Parade, the apartment sits between vibrant Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Walk to the beach, local cafés, restaurants and shops, or jump on the nearby G tram to explore the Gold Coast.
