  • Cet appartement est situé au 37ème étage de Sun City, face au N / E. Vous allez adorer les vues à 270 degrés sur l'océan, l'arrière-pays et la rivière. Profitez de la chaleur du soleil et détendez-vous avec la douce brise de l'océan. Cet appartement convient aux familles avec enfants et dispose d'une grande chambre principale avec lit King et d'une deuxième grande chambre avec 2 lits simples King pouvant également être aménagée en lit King. Chacun a son propre balcon et salle de bains. Il y a une troisième chambre avec 2 lits simples. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une grande télévision à écran plat. Tout l'appartement a été récemment rénové à un niveau très élevé. Dans le salon, si la vue ne vous suffit pas, vous pourrez profiter de la grande télévision et du système de son surround. Il y a conduit climatisation / chauffage partout. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur.

Stylish stay with breathtaking views – and kid-friendly too!Absolutely loved our time at this Level 37 sub penthouse. The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment was modern, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had our toddler with us, and it was surprisingly kid-friendly for a high-rise—plenty of space to play, safe layout, and easy access. Great location close to shops, cafes, and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. The views are absolutely spectacular and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Having the tram stop right outside the door, made everything easily accessible and very convenient not to mention the beach being 2 mins away. We would definitely recommend this property.

A very large well appointed apartment perfect for a large family. Excellent pools with water slides. Tram station is right out front making it extra easy to get anywhere. Kylie was very very helpful with easy check in. Will come again.

Beautiful

Our family loved staying in this beautiful apartment. It was so spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sunrise and sunset views were stunning, the location was perfect, and the owner was super helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We all enjoyed the pool, and my two young ones couldn’t get enough of the water slides. I can’t say enough great things about our family’s experience. The next time we venture down under, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Family Holiday

The 37th floor apartment was perfect for our memorable family stay at the Gold Coast. Amazing views of the ocean, canals and hinterland. The apartment was very spacious with modern furniture and layout. There were 7 of us staying at the apartment including 5 teenage/young adults ranging from 17 to 21 years of age and the 3 ensuite bathrooms and powder room were perfect. Kylie, our host, was very accommodating and great with her communication. The apartment was a short walk to beach and Cavill Avenue. The train stop right outside the resort was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Stunning views with amazing apartment to match

My family and I were eager to get away to the Gold Coast over the Christmas period but were struggling to find the right location and thought we would need to compromise until we found this listing. We thought the photos of the view and apartment were unbelievable but matched with the positive reviews we thought it would be worth the risk. But OMG all of it was actually real; - the views stunning! - the apartment beautiful! - so so much space! - and Kylie was a dream to interact with! If you want the facilities of fancy hotel with the comfort of home I would highly recommend this apartment.

This is a great apartment….

What’s not to love….slightly older building means properly proportioned rooms, excellent layout, fantastic 270 degree views. What a joy. So much better than the brand new developments. And to boot, an apartment with everything you need and two parking spaces. Kids loved having their own bathrooms and TVs in their bedrooms although that might cause expectation problems going forward. Kylie is a fantastic host. Very strongly recommended.
