The Space: Welcome to your calm, coastal sanctuary just moments from the sparkling sands of Broadbeach. Sleep comfortably in your 3 bedroom apartment for up to 6 guests in one luxurious King bed and 2 comfy Queen beds. Other things to note: - We provide a thoughtfully stocked starter kit with essentials, along with a curated digital guide to our favourite local spots — from coastal walks and boutique fitness studios to must-try brunch cafés. - Access to these facilities and amenities is not guaranteed and dependent on routine and unexpected maintenance schedules. - This property accommodates up to SIX (6) guests only. Children aged two and older are included in the six people rule. No exceptions. - Infants UNDER the age of two are very welcome at our place and 1 portable travel cot is available. They may stay at no additional charge however we do not provide linen for the cot.
CHECK IN Self check in 3pm. Check Out 10am Collection of security fob 2 min drive from property at Friendly Grocer Broadbeach (collect on your way there) with ample parking. Open from 6am until midnight, key collection not available outside these hours without call out fee. Address details and security fobs will be issued to the person who made the booking with a unique code generated on the day of check-in to collect from attendant. Please read the HOUSE RULES and CANCELLATION POLICY prior to booking.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING - smoking, vaping and shisha is NOT permitted anywhere at this complex.
NO PARTIES OR SCHOOLIES OR LOUD EVENTS- we have a noise detector installed monitoring excessive noise. You will get 2 warnings and then security called and you'll be asked to leave if the noise persists, without refund.
EARLY CHECK IN - We will always accommodate an early check in if available.
PEACEFUL HOME - This is a peaceful home we want it to feel like a proper reset for you and every future guest who stays here so please note the quiet hours of between 10pm and 7am. If security is required to attend you will be charged a call out fee of $250 minimum and forfeit any remaining accommodation time and no refund issued.
WHAT WE INCLUDE IN OUR STARTER PACK Our starter pack is designed to help get you started on your holiday.
Bathrooms - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap bar, 2 toilet rolls and linen per bathroom.
Kitchen and Laundry - Tea, coffee (instant and Nespresso pods), milk, sugar, dish cloth, scourer, dishwasher tablets x2 , dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and laundry powder.
BATH LINEN We supply one bath towel per booked guest plus one hand towel, one bath mat and two face washers per bathroom. Additional bath linen is available for hire during your stay if required. Please advise if you would like to arrange more bath linen.
BEACH TOWELS We provide beach towels which you are very welcome to use. Beach towels not returned on departure are charged at $40 each.
SELF CONTAINED You are booking a fully self contained holiday apartment. There are no housekeeping services provided during your stay. Basic cleaning supplies and equipment are provided which will allow you to keep things tidy and you will have full access to the laundry in the apartment to wash linen and clothing if required during your stay. If you would prefer to have cleaning for a fee during your stay, please let us know and we will arrange for you. If staying longer than 8 days we will offer a complimentary mid stay linen and towel change, tidy up, floors cleaned and rubbish removal.
FREE WIFI Guests are welcome to use our Fast wifi (Up to 100mb download) to login to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix during their stay. Please remember to log out before your departure. You will find the wifi login details in the Welcome Guide (scan the QR code or access via Airbnb messages).
AIR CONDITIONING Zoned air conditioned heating and cooling is available throughout the apartment.
CAR PARKING TWO complimentary secure access basement car parks are available with a 2.2m height clearance. You will gain access with the security fob.
Guest Access: You have full and private access to the apartment and shared access to the common areas of the Pool, Hot tub, Gym, Barbecues and tables.
Getting Around: Getting around is easy from Luxe on Chelsea! You're a short walk to the Gold Coast Light Rail, providing convenient access to the entire Gold Coast. Bus stops are also nearby. For those arriving by plane, the Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is approximately a 20-minute drive. Brisbane Airport (BNE) is about an hour away. We offer two complimentary secure parking spaces with a 2.2m height clearance for your convenience.
Other Things to Note: Hello there! Just a heads-up that the Gold Coast is buzzing with new developments, which means there's construction happening around. Even though our place has nice, sound-reducing windows and doors, you might still hear a bit of noise from the building work. They usually work from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, except on Sundays and public holidays. Thanks a bunch for understanding!
