« Nous avons atterri à JFK et étions fatigués. Cette hôtel était parfait pour un première nuit reposante. Peu de bruits, bonne literie. Le personnel du lobby était très sympathique. Déjeuné un peu cher, mais très bon. Mention spéciale pour le granola maison ! »

« The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off »

« We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. »
