Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, along with the resort-style facilities including two swimming pools, a spa, tropical gardens and sun lounges.



One secure basement car space is provided, with a 2m clearance.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in from 2:00pm

• Check-out by 10:00am

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge and can only be confirmed within three days of arrival

• Midday is the maximum early check-in or late check-out extension available

• If you require access before midday, we recommend booking the previous evening to guarantee an early arrival

• Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided prior to your stay



◆ House Rules

To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbouring residents, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected.

• No parties or events

• No Schoolies bookings

• No hens or bucks parties

• No weddings

• Quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am

• Primary guest must be at least 24 years old

• Adult bookings may be subject to age and purpose-of-stay verification

• No pets are permitted at Eskape by Khove

• No smoking/vaping at the property, including balconies or anywhere that would disturb neighbours

To help you settle in comfortably, complimentary starter amenities are provided upon arrival. These may include:

Starter amenities are intended to assist with your arrival and are not replenished during your stay.



◆ Payment Schedule

For bookings outside of Airbnb:

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking

• Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the payment terms and schedules of the relevant booking platform

• We kindly ask guests to respect neighbouring residents and shared areas throughout their stay, particularly during quiet hours.

• One secure basement car space is available, with a 2m clearance.

• Resort facilities are subject to availability and relevant resort rules and policies.

• Minor aesthetic variations may occur due to routine maintenance, updates or ongoing improvements.

• Please be aware that there is currently construction taking place at a neighbouring property.

• Some construction noise may be experienced during your stay, particularly during standard construction hours.
