Before we have the pleasure of welcoming you to Paradise, let us highlight some of the main things you might like to know about the apartment. But if there’s anything that we don’t mention, please feel free to message us and we’ll seek to get back to you as soon as we can.



We try to provide all of the essentials we think you might need to treat the apartment like your own home. You’ll be able to cook your dinner, have free access to Netflix to unwind with a film and shower before bed with the confidence that you don’t need to rush back out for anything.

Guest Access:

You will have the entire property to yourself.



Our check-in hour is at 3 pm and our check-out hour is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.



Free parking on site is straightforward to access with your guest key.



Ask us if your car will fit in the garage or about any other accessibility questions you may have.



Your key pickup location and details will be provided before your arrival. But it’s easily accessible and close by, at the Ezy Grocer at the bottom of the property.

Getting Around:

If you're using public transportation and prefer to walk, you can follow these instructions:



From Surfers Paradise North G:link Station after disembarking at the Station, head north towards 3440 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, there you will find our key exchange location.
