Enjoy incredible ocean views from this charming, two-story, family-friendly home in Gold Beach. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped island kitchen with loads of countertop prep space as well as an adjacent dining table for eight. Meet up in the living area and stream your favorite channels on the TV, or make your way up to the loft game room and bring some of the provided board games to the poker table. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary internet access, and multiple desks and chairs in the bedrooms for remote work or schooling.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. House was clean inside, windows were dirty that you could not see outside. Outdoor railing was dirty with algae, back deck was in need of some repair and backyard grass had weeds with thorns growing around it. Also in downstairs bathroom was a bowel under sink with water and mold.

Gorgeous, spacious home - large enough for 3 generations of family. Great library and game table upstairs and a comfy TV room downstairs. Beautiful touches in the downstairs master bath, like the stained glass in the entryway and the floor tile in front of the bathtub. Wish we could have stayed another week!

This house was such a great find. There were 4 adults and a dog in our group - but it could have accommodated more. There were 3 big bedrooms with their own bath and a smaller kids room with a double bed and bunks. There was a huge, well organized library and game table that made for fun evenings. The entertainment center was great - with access to most streaming channels. And the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking great meals. Thanks for a great stay!

I WANT THIS HOUSE!

I fell absolutely in love with this house. The views off decks in upstairs bedroom are to die for! The house is very clean, very big especially for mixes of family and friends. I immediately felt comfortable. The only one issues was 1 TV in entire house, I loved that not so much teenage girls. Also, closest thing to a city is 45 min drive. But you still WILL LOVE THIS HOUSE!!

If you like clean, this is NOT your spot.

The home was dirty. We needed to wipe down all surfaces, as it was clear they were dirty immediately upon entering. Additionally, one of the upstairs bathroom showers didn’t drain, and the other had pubic hair on the wall of the shower. Yuck! The carpet was dirty and windows were grimy. Some people may appreciate the size, it was very large, but it is evidentially too large to properly be cleaned. Absolutely would not return. Wouldn’t recommend. One last note, you can’t get to the beach from this property.

The home was great, inside amd out. My only issue was the Queen bed upstairs. Other review reply stated it had been fixed and it wasn't. I couldn't sleep because it would squeak loudly anytime I moved.

Not what was depicted

This property is spacious, but that's about all that was true to the photos. The photos show views of the ocean. This is possible with serious limititations only from the second floor from two bedrooms. The neighbor to the right has put up a privacy fence that obstructs the view and a grove of bushes/trees has grown tall and obstructs the views directly behind the house, not to mention the windows being so dirty we couldn't see out of them.. This property is on a high bluff, so you cannot reach the beach, hence the need to drive a mile away. Communication from property management ceased once we arrived, so there was no help to get windows cleaned, porch lights to work or to fix the musty smell we found in the house upon arrival, as well as other issues, dirty dishes on balcony, broken toilet seat, very poor quailty pots/pans.... Overall the place is feeling tired and tending towards neglect. We will not stay here again. However, we made the most of out of our stay and managed to have a good time. Just wished management hadn't gone radio silent.

Ocean view visit

Garage was listed as an amenity, but was not usable by the renter. A step off the back deck toward the ocean was broken and I had to report it to Vacasa. Two bags full of garbage were left on the front deck. Some kitchen drawers were dirty inside, and a dead fly was in one drawer. The clothes dryer was full of linens and they were not dry. The dryer was completely stuffed. No grab bars were provided in the bathrooms or showers which was a challenge for us near our age in the 80s. No handrail on the front entry steps. The location and view was great, but the living room windows were almost impossible to see through. We enjoyed our stay, and are providing this feedback in good faith, as suggested issues to be addressed.

It was an amazing place. We did lose power on day 2 but we had dinner by candlelight. Would definitely go again. Bring kitchen garbage bags and dishwasher detergent and laundry soap.

Amazing house

We had an amazing time with our adult children at this property. The house was clean and the library was absolutely incredible - all the classics and then some! Very beautiful home with all the extras. Board games, plenty of blankets, comfortable beds, even a hotel-style waffle maker...we hope to be back. The walk to the beach was about a mile and we had great weather. I can't say enough about our wonderful time. Thank you for making it available!

Decent place but small problems add up

Bed in the master bedroom was broken. An alarm kept going off about "water detected" but we couldn't find any. It was implied there was beach access but there is none. The local person called me to say the property owner called them to say their alarm went off but I wasn't at the house and I asked if I could return their call in an hourafter I returned to the house and looked for water. An hour later I called, left a message, and was never called back.

Great Time!

Had a great time, the house has a very homey feel, very kid and dog friendly. Great view! The only things we would change are bedrooms need to have a rug under the beds as they tend to slide on the hardwood floors, would have liked curtains or shades in the upper bedrooms. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!
