Shawnee Pines #1 - 2 Bedroom & Loft Cabin

Your Golconda adventure begins at this adorable 2 bedroom cabin with a loft. Inside, guests find a cozy king bed, two queen beds, and 2 twin beds, perfect for a restful night. The living room features a comfy sofa bed, creating extra space to relax or unwind. With one bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, convenience is at your fingertips. Whether you’re curling up by the fire or enjoying some quiet time, this marvelous cabin offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Fall in love with Golconda and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Located on 40 acres with 2 other cabins and owner house is on the other side of the pond. The property has a pond with a beach spot, as well as, a concrete pad. Wrap around covered porch and a fit pit.

SMOKING: We have a very clear NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke in the cabin/house/apartment or around the doors and windows, you will be charged a $1000 fine. There are ashtrays for smoking outside with windows and doors closed. Do not throw cigarette butts in the yard.

PETS: We are allowing dogs on a case-by-case basis. If you leave any messes or the dog destroys anything, you will be charged up to $1000 for damages and extra cleaning. Dogs are to be with their owners at all times when outdoors and loose.

Please do not throw loose trash in trash cans. We provide trash bags and there will be an additional charge of $30 for trash not in bags into the large can. The trash people will not pick it up.
