Where you can unwind by taking short walks and stopping by to see our farm animals, which you can feed to experience Gobur's rustic farm life. Visit Charlie our donkey who loves being brushed and fed carrots!



Tennis courts, spa, and the pool are just some of the leisure amenities available for pre-arrangement throughout your stay.



The Space:

Nestled near a paddock with a creek nearby, a shed with water and power, and a donkey paddock near our cows and calves. The ideal farm stay escape, where you can wander along the neighboring creek, where platypuses swim, and up to the back paddock, watch the kangaroos graze around the area.



What's more, you get to visit our garden, where you'll be able to see abundant birdlife and admire our well-grown foliage. A comfortable stay with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.



The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be farm animals and agricultural noise on the property during your stay. If you're interested in visiting our farm, you are always welcome to participate during feeding time.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the tennis courts, pool, spa, and garden.



If you're interested in the following amenities mentioned, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.



Other Things to Note:

- Telstra and Optus have good mobile reception

- Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am

- No smoking allowed on the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- We have farm animals and noise on the property

- Feeding farm animals is available upon prior arrangement

- Charlie the Donkey loves carrots

- A pool and spa are available upon prior request by guests

- Composting and recycling bins are provided to dispose of trash

- Don't forget to close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)



Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grill and outdoor fire pit are not available during the fire season

- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
