« Property is old and outdated. The head board was faded and looked dusty. When I stepped into the bathtub, it felt like it was going to crack. It didn't feel stable. Also, there was no hand soap or hand towel to use. The mini fridge turned off when you leave the room with yiur card so it did not keep anything cold. On a positive note, staff were quick to respond when we needed more towels or cleaning. »

« Great value for your money! The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, very sweet and great with communication. The area is safe and convenient, and taxis / Grab can pick you up right in front if you need to go to District 1 or anywhere. The rooms are clean, both shower and AC works just fine !! »

« There was a bit of an issue checking it with my Expedia reservation and a manager (or someone other than the front desk staff) had to step in. Once cleared up, had no other negative experience there. The lobby has some amazing wood work that looked like it should be in a museum it was so amazing. The hotel is a bit off the main street which made things easier to walk out and in so that was a plus and nicely welcome. I would stay there again given the chance. »
