We also own next door, which if available can be rented together to make a 7-bedroom, sleeps 14 accommodation for larger groups. Additionally, next door features a Hot Tub. If you require this option, please send us a message, and we will check availability for you.

Guest Access:

- Feel at home during your stay! You're welcome to use the entire house, including the cosy patio area outside, and there's convenient parking available in the drive as well. Enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Other things to note:

Guest will be asked to digitally sign our company Terms and Conditions and asked for a £200 damage deposit hold on a credit card.
This will be a pre-authorisation/hold.
The money won't be taken, it is an authorisation that an amount up to this can be taken if there's any damage caused by the guest or anyone from their booking party.

The Deposit Authorisation begins on the morning of your arrival, or the Friday before your stay if you arrive on the weekend. This will be released around 10 days after your departure.

You should receive an email and an SMS message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal.
This all needs to be completed before your day of arrival to receive your lockbox code on the day.
