Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Waterviews et une courte promenade de Good Harbor Beach. Cette chambre quatre / 2. 5 salles de bain maison de vacances est grande et confortable et est à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc et de surf de Good Harbor Beach. L'emplacement offre le meilleur de tous les mondes comme il est si proche de la plage la plus populaire de Cape Ann et a vue sur l'eau de Bass Rocks, la côte rocheuse spectaculaire, une destination pour ceux qui recherchent une vue sur l'Atlantique �� son plus intense aussi. Le populaire "rive retour" ����� pied est l'une des promenades les plus pittoresques de la c��te est et le trottoir commence en face de Mer Maison et se poursuit pendant 1, 5 miles par trajet (ou 3 miles aller-retour vers la maison) longeant la rocheuse côte avec des brises de l'océan constante un d����licieux bonus!


La façade de la maison a un porche de pleine longueur ���������� partir de laquelle vous pouvez voir la mer �� l'ombre confortable et profiter d'une boisson ou un repas al fresco. Du porche entrer dans le salon avec un ���cran plat et de nombreux sièges, et la tani��re séparée (mais attenant) avec un canapé-lit (et d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD pour la vaste bibliothèque de DVD dans la maison), qui rend la pi��ce servent double devoir comme un gosse (ou adulte) escapade ou un espace semi-priv���� couchage supplémentaire. La cuisine en granit, récemment rénové, est-manger et enti������rement applianced et a cellier un majordome avec plus de stockage et une autre lavabo et un demi-bain.


A l'�������tage, 4 chambres (toutes climatisées) et deux autres salles de bains, la salle de bains, r��������cemment r��������������������nov�����, avec un bain à remous surdimensionné, deux lavabos et une douche vitr��e sépar��e et la baignoire de la salle qui a une taille complète bain �� remous avec une douche au-dessus ce. La maison dormira confortablement 10 avec assez de place pour votre famille et les gens qui voudront vous rendre visite dans cette magnifique maison de plage. Laissez votre voiture dans l'all����e (et éviter les frais de stationnement de la plage) et ��� pied de Good Harbor Beach. Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. I do agree with the other reviewer that the amount of signs telling you what to do or not do is overwhelming. Some are helpful, so are completely not necessary. There is also people living in the basement and attic, but it was no big deal. We rarely saw them and never heard them, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It would also be nice if there was whole house A/C. Also the one room A/C constantly needed emptied. It was humid during our stay and the ocean breeze didn't really cut it. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room, very comfortable and clean. You can not beat this location! We walked to the beach frequently and it was so nice not to worry about parking. The beach was amazing. Bass Rocks in the front yard was so beautiful. The town was cute and there was plenty to do nearby. This is a great rental.

Frustrating vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably the worst vacation home we've ever rented in the east coast. The only saving grace was the stunning beauty of the location. The house was unclean (ants running around everywhere in kitchen, dirty floor, disgustingly dirty carpet, etc.), no dinning room, very small living room ,poorly furnished. The beds however were clean and comfortable. The creepiest point was that it appeared that the owners lived in both the basement and the attic of the rental house! There were many locked doors and closets with overwhelming number of sings mostly telling you what not to do. Definitely not welcoming place. We will go back to the area but never to that house again!

Wonderful Week

Sunny, spacious and well-equipped

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family from Maryland, NYC and the Boston area united at the Seaside House for a week in August, including two small children. We have stayed at numerous properties near Good Harbor Beach over several decades, and found Seaside House to be a spacious and well-equipped property just a short walk from the beach, with the added benefit of the lovely Bass Rocks views and walks. Terrific weather and a full moon over the water added to our enjoyment. The owners are on the property and offered any assistance we might need, but all went smoothly. We would suggest the addition of room darkening shades in all windows, especially on the front of the house. It's a great house for kids with all the diversions of the beach, a nice porch, and super play and game room. The busy street traffic right in front of the house was the only downside for us, and did not seriously detract from the restful experience.

Perfect family vacation for 8 people

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the place was very clean and there was an instruction book for us to follow, making it easy to know what to do with garbage and recyclables, the tv remotes, and how to leave the place upon departure. I met the owner who was very courteous and friendly. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one of them is very spacious with a king bed, air conditioning unit, tv, and large bathroom and double sink. The other had a queen and the other 2 had twin beds each. The kitchen is long and fairly wide too. We played games at the kitchen table every night. The house is stocked with about 100 dvd movies and has 2 tv's on the main floor. There were 2 folding tables we used on the porch for our dinners, along with the large glass table and 6 chairs that were already there. I couldn't have been more pleased with a stay at the beach than we were in this house. Had my family of 5 plus my parents and my mother-in-law. We had lobster dinners twice out on the spacious porch which overlooks the ocean. We also cook on the grilled 2 times! Loved our stay! Would do it again in a heartbeat if we can get enough people to fill the house. And it was seamless to make the transactions with the realty company too. They are very courteous.

This one was the best! The location and the views were incredible. The beach was just a 5 minute walk. The house had every amenity one could ever expect or want. Everything was spotless. The owners were so gracious and welcoming. They even helped me when my antique brain couldn't figure out the TV remote! We plan to be back next year.

Reviewer Comments: Yes, the Seaside may be a little costly, but it was very much worth every penny of it! 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in New England, clean, quiet, spacey, pretty, convienient, with all the gadgets and tools to feel at home. I recommend it. Only little dark side: the traffic that passes by regularely.

We spent a week here in July for a family reunion. The ocean view was spectacular. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The home was well equipped, clean, and homey. Our clan got a bit noise some evenings on the large front porch facing the ocean. The home-owner lives upstairs and say they didn't hear a thing. The owners are very nice. We had a great time at our vacation rental. We happened to arrive on an unreasonably hot day that lasted 2 days. There is only 1 window air conditioner in the master bedroom. They did have lots of fans. After those 2 days the weather and ocean breeze are heavenly. I would reccomend to the owners to supply beach towels.
