« The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. »

« Location is great, close enough to the beach and boardwalk but away from the hustle and bustle. The space is perfect for a couple very clean and cozy. Paul is responsive to questions and a pleasure to meet. It’s not often you meet the property owners, that was an added plus. We hope to stay again »

« This was the perfect place to stay as we came to watch our daughter graduate from Endicott! The place was roomy and immaculate. We loved the updated kitchen and bath. It’s also walking distance to the Mission Boathouse Restaurant and downtown Beverly. »

There is a small restaurant/bar a block away and the shops were two blocks away. The owner was gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend. »

« What a great unit! It is truly a Park & Play unit – all attractions, restaurants, groceries, etc. are all at short walking distance. We literally parked the car at arrival and used it only at departure. We were 4 adults and the unit was just incredible. Very clean and spacious with the 3 separate bedrooms and the living room (with a huge smart TV). The equipment was top-notch from the efficiency of the AC to the modern equipment in the kitchen including sufficient plates/glasses/cutlery, pots...
