Upstairs has the main living room, fully equipped kitchen and large dining room, two cozy bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed with a TV, the second bedroom features a queen bed.
Downstairs, offers two additional bedrooms, one king and one queen bed, and another full bath, along with a spacious family room perfect for lounging with an American Leather pull out sofa with a queen bed. There is a game room with a poker table, smart TV, and the laundry room.
Outside has a patio with beautiful gardens, dinning, grill and a fire pit. Enjoy the best of Colorado living at this perfectly located charming home.

We will give you the entire house and privacy, however we are here for any questions, concerns, recommendation and of course emergencies.
- **Pull-Out Sofa:** Please do not close the pull-out sofa with any linens on it, as this can bend the frame. Any necessary repairs will be billed to the guest.

- **No Shoes:** Kindly refrain from wearing shoes inside the house, including on the hardwood floors.
