« An excellent, comfortable and stylish stay in the peaceful highlands a short distance from Fort Augustus. Well located for exploring the area around Loch Ness and the Eastern side of the North Coast 500, we also took a day trip to the Isle of Skye which was easy enough. Thoroughly impressed by the facilities in the cottage, very tastefully decorated and with everything you might need whilst away. The tea, coffee and milk on arrival was a nice touch. « The location was perfect, a walk to the main street with food and shops. Apartment was very small quarters and the doors were difficult to lock and open. Unfortunately the dryer was not operational. The entire place was amazing and beautiful to walk around. »

The old abbey (now the Highland Club) is a beautiful old building. It is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment to the heart of Fort Augustus with its restaurants and shops. « This property is magical! There's not a better word for it! The property itself is located right on Loch Lochy, which is a quick drive to Fort William, Spean Bridge, the Ben Nevis gondola ride area. The views from the property are spectacular!! « This idyllic home in the Highlands had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property owner was a breeze, she was on site to welcome us and explain a few things when we arrived. Great restaurant recommendations to local gems were fantastic. Breakfast at Rain and a birthday dinner at Old Pines were amazing. Immaculate, comfortable and serene lodgings with amazing views of Ben Nevis. Wish we could have stayed longer! »
