The space
Surrounded by level lawns and lush gardens makes this property perfect for kids of all ages. Due to the property’s Northern aspect you will be bathed in sunshine all year round and protected by the hot summer sun with the large undercover patio with super comfy couches and table to enjoy with your family and friends.

We are lucky enough to have a fully fenced swimming pool with a sensational view of the mountains for those hot days - perfect for that quick dip. If you are like us, we love to go wild swimming in the rivers and waterfalls! The stunning Never Never swimming holes are within a short stroll from the property, there are so many to explore, and we are happy to give you some tips of where to swim and what waterfalls to chase!

As you enter the home you are welcomed with warmth and ambience, styled to make you feel at home and relaxed. The kitchen is perfect to cook up a storm with a large state of the art gas oven. The main living area is centered around the wood fireplace and flows perfectly from the kitchen and outdoor areas. We have an additional living room setup with a queen sofa bed but a great TV room for kids so the adults can get some peace and quiet!

Our bedrooms are styled for a good night's sleep! Super comfy beds and stunning linen sheets allow you to really unwind after a day at the river or dare I say it, too many vinos by the fire. Note: Firewood only provided during the winter months. There are two bathrooms (one an ensuite) that will maintain your privacy and a large internal laundry.
