« Seemed oversold as an 8 person accommodation. It is actually 2 separate units which was unexpected. There wasn’t a good space for everyone to comfortably congregate if you have 8 people. It was clean and hosts were responsive. »

« We really enjoyed this property. Location was great. Room layout and amenities were great. The only issue we had was the bed was so uncomfortable. We even slept on the Murphy bed in the room on our second night, which was a little better. Overall had a wonderful time at this property. »

« Great location! The little river streaming to the ocean is an excellent place for kids to 0lay. The restraunt next door is amazing! The decor right down to the disco ball was great. The reason it only gets a 3 is the pull oit bed was absolutely awful hard metal bumps and springs. We came down with our grandson and he wouldn't sleep aline so I had to sleep in the luving area with him. Even if it had a 2 inch topper it might have been tolerable. »

« We had a good time but the unit did have issues. The bathroom sink drains really slowly, the toilet flushes weirdly, the dvd player would not play a dvd. The kitchen needs pans, bowls, cutting board and more silverware and larger coffee cups. The balcony needs more chairs, it only had one plastic Adirondack chair, we did borrow some bag chairs from the office but they are not the greatest for sitting a long time in. « It was great for what we needed. I tried to reach out and extend our stay via text and email, but I never received a response. It was Labor day weekend, so I understand they were probably full, but it would have been nice to hear back. Other than that, I would recommend. »

« This is now one of our favorite places to stay in Lincoln City. You can drive right onto the beach next to this condo. We spent way more time than expected watching the people drive down here for the sunset each night. Location to shops, restaurants and the Casino are close. The bed was more comfortable than I am used to in a rental. »
