Welcome to our beautifully renovated historic 4-bedroom, 1-bath home, originally built in 1902 by a local farm family so their children could attend public school in town. The home blends historic charm with modern comfort and is located just half a mile from Makoshika State Park, Montana’s largest state park.
Makoshika is known for its stunning badlands scenery, hiking trails, wildlife, and incredible fossil history. Many travelers visit the area for dinosaur fossil digs and rock hunting along the Yellowstone River, where beautiful agates can often be found.
The home offers plenty of room for families or groups to relax and spread out.
Main Floor
Two spacious living rooms, both with TVs and Roku devices so you can stream your favorite shows
One living room also features a queen hide-a-bed and a cozy electric fireplace
Dining room with a table and seating for four, perfect for meals, games, or gathering after a day of exploring
Large bathroom attached to the master bedroom, which includes a comfortable new mattress for a restful night’s sleep
Upstairs you’ll find three additional bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
Bedroom 3: One twin bed and a small desk, perfect for a quiet remote work setup
These rooms provide plenty of space for families or groups traveling together.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals, including:
