Relax and unwind at this beautiful hillside retreat, where you can enjoy stunning mountain views from the deck. Fire up the BBQ for a delicious outdoor meal, dine al fresco under the open sky, and then lounge in the hammocks or soak in the hot tub. As the evening sets in, gather around the fire pit for a cozy night under the stars. This tranquil escape offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature, ideal for both relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

NOTE:
-We will send a FREE DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK with the location of grocery stores, restaurants, recommended hikes at Zion & Bryce National Parks and other suggestions.
-We are located in the mountains so there may be occasional insects.
-There are two Outfitters/Guides just down the road in Orderville (5 minutes) East Zion Adventures and Roam Outdoor
-There is a grocery store (Terry`s Food & Drug) in Orderville (5 miles).
-There is one restaurant in town (Brinks Grill) stir-fry buffet and others nearby listed in our digital guidebook.
-We do allow one pet, however, the pet is NOT allowed on the furniture (couches, beds). If you leave the house the pet must be crated.

Whether you`re grilling on the outdoor BBQ, soaking in the hot tub, or sipping coffee as the sun rises over the hills, every moment spent here is a reminder of the peace and tranquility this unique location has to offer. You will have full access to our home, the deck, hot tub, hammocks and patio (fire pit).

We probably won`t be there to greet you, but will send full check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

Guests staying in the second bedroom/loft will need to be able to physically ascend and descend the loft ladder.

The home is compact and comfortable on the inside and opens out to a lovely, spacious deck, hammocks, fire pit area, and hot tub. The house is a fresh new build and is super clean. Great views from large windows and outdoor spaces. We were particularly happy to be well located in between Bryce to the east and Zion to the west. Be aware the loft is accessed by a sturdy, but steep ladder. We would gladly go back.
