« House is perfect to be near York hospital and staff. Perfect for rehab for my sister, with nurse visits and PT while awaiting her brain surgery.
Owner very willing to accomodate your needs. His maintenance man was just a phone call away if needed. »

« I loved the neighborhood, safe and quiet. You do share a driveway with the neighbors. The house is cozy and clean, well decorated. We loved the hot tub. The fireplace was wonderful and there was plenty of firewood provided. It's about a 30 minute drive into town. The small restroom could probably use a renovation, but the rest of the house is lovely. »

« The house is spacious and cozy--plenty of space both for spreading out with friends at the big dining table, or catching up with cocktails in the common room. Kitchen is spacious, too, and a blast to make big dinners in. The bedrooms have plenty of closet and storage space for long stays. There's only one catch: during colder days, the difference in temps upstairs and downstairs are noticeable. Upstairs can get a bit stuffy if the thermostat is set high, so tone that baby down by five degrees...

« The hosts were both welcoming. The house was so well-equipped! We loved petting the dogs and watching the cows. The ping pong table and foosball were a lot of fun! The beds were comfortable and we love the location. »
