★House Rules★
- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.
- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.
- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Smoking and fireworks is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
- Wildlife Notice: Bears and other wildlife may be present in the area. To help prevent visits, we ask all guests to remove all trash and bring it to the community dumpster before check-out. The property is equipped with deterrents such as motion-activated lights, sirens, and "unwelcome" mats to help keep wildlife away.
- Dogs and cats (2 max) are allowed with a $50 fee. Approval is required before booking. No other animals are permitted, and pets must be crated when not present.
- Please note that the reservation number must match the guests staying. Additional guests beyond the reservation number will incur a charge of $100 per person per night.

Since we need to coordinate with our cleaning team to prepare the home, we can only confirm availability on arrival or departure day. If the property is available, early check-in is $25 for up to 2 hours and $50 for up to 4 hours. Late check-out is $25 for the first hour and $50 for two hours. Great stay! Great rental!
Although the weather wasn’t cooperative, we had a great time staying at the chalet! Really enjoyed the pool and foosball! Non-stop fun and plenty of space to spread out! Great amenities, felt very comfortable and relaxing. Great time!!

Great communication all around. Comfortable place for our family group trip of ten plus one dog. Very well stocked kitchen, wifi, sonos speaker, tv to watch patriots playoff game, pool table, foosball. No meed to go out to a busy restaurant after skiing. We had it all there. The home was well stocked, very spacious and comfortable for down days and those busy run around days. The double ovens were perfect for the Holiday cooking and baking.

Amazing Stay
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everyone in our group couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the house was and cannot wait to go back! It was very spacious and extremely clean. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool table and foosball table were a big hit with the kids and kept them entertained. Tyler was amazing to work with and we can’t wait to work with him again. Checking in with us to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything was greatly appreciated! :)

WONDERFUL!!! From start to finish, this house exceeded our expectations. Fabulously furnished, from kitchen accoutrements to activities for kids and adults alike with PLENTY of wide open space! We especially enjoyed having coffee on the outside deck overlooking the trees and cooking our own meals with extended family. Our dream vacation experience…being nestled into a quiet mountainside with lots of greenery, far enough away from the chaos, but close enough to be only minutes away from SO many area attractions. We enjoyed canoeing the Saco, Glen Ellis Falls, Lower Falls, Conway Village shopping, and loading up on ski gear from Sport Thoma! Not to mention, communication was prompt and attentive! Thanks so much Tyler and Lodgism for hosting us! 10/10 would definitely stay again and I don’t feel that way about too many of our vacation homes!
