Free onsite parking! Trailers, boats and other things need to be off site at the fire station parking lot.

Getting Around:

Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 4 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the following house rules for your stay:

-All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, which will be verified after booking confirmation.

-Our community maintains a peaceful environment with strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

-Please note that pets are not permitted, and outdoor fires of any kind are strictly prohibited per HOA regulations.

-To help preserve our dark skies, we kindly ask that you turn off exterior lights overnight.

-Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

-A mandatory damage waiver fee of $99 dollars is required for each stay, providing accidental damage coverage up to $1,000 dollars. This is included at the time of booking.

-Please be aware that a non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations.

-For stays of 14 days or longer, a mid-stay clean is required; this service is also available upon request for shorter stays.

-High chairs and travel cribs are available for an additional fee upon request.
