  • Our fleet of static caravans are equipped with everything* you will need for a comfortable holiday in Glasgow, including bed linen, crockery and a flat screen TV. They sleep up to 6 people and feature a fitted kitchen, bathroom and spacious living area, perfect for enjoying some time together after a busy day seeing the sites. The caravans are situated on a spacious gravel pitch with step access to enter the property. All of our accommodation benefits from gas central heating and double glazing, providing comfort even in the colder winter months. Wifi is available throughout the property free of charge.

    Our fleet of static caravans make an ideal base for contractors working in the Glasgow area. They are available to rent for short stays and long lets and make an ideal home from home, with plenty of space to relax after a busy day. Our team of cleaners can pop in to replenish the bed linen and ensure that it is kept clean and tidy at a special request.

    At Red Deer Village Holiday Park we know the importance of keeping your tools and equipment safe and secure whilst working away from home. With this in mind we have invested in a gated intercom access and CCTV for added peace of mind.

    All of our static caravans are dog friendly so there’s no need to leave your four-legged friend at home. There are plenty of scenic walks in the nearby Frankfield Loch area.

    * We kindly ask that you supply your own towels.

    There is a £200 security deposit on all homes but this is fully refundable after departure providing the key is returned and the home is left in a clean and suitable condition.

Les points faibles : Propreté, personnel et service, équipements et infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
I would NEVER stay here again. If you want something close to the city centre, and don't have your own transport, think twice about this place. Their blurb stated (seems to have changed now) it was a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the train station (more like a 20 minute walk) and said that it was a short train ride into Glasgow city (more like 50 minutes with a change of train necessary). They changed our cabin from a 3 BR to a 2 BR, NOT what we wanted, but couldn't find any accommodation left in Glasgow for the Com Games by the time they told us. The cabin smelt musty, had previous water damage as indicated by stains on walls and carpets. There was no toilet brush, dustpan and brush, broom or vacuum cleaner (for a 10 night stay). The staff's manner was basically complacent and a little blaze. There were only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. One dryer didn't work. I have stayed in some cheap places over the years, this was not as cheap as some and not as well maintained as a lot of these cheap places. We were given one tea towel and one very small sponge/scouring pad. We relied on pre-booked cars for the whole 10 nights as my legs were not up to walking to the train station and back each day. Now they want to refund my security deposit but insist on my giving them my card details including CCV and expiry date via email to process the refund. I have asked them to GO TO THE BANK and do a bank transfer. This is beyond their capabilities for some unknown reason!!!
