« Probably this hÎtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. « Very nicely equipped. The central heating was broken so difficult to sleep. The back yard needs a lot of improvement, at the moment it is depressing. the stairs are very steep with shallow treads. There are so many midges, the bites of which caused my husband to develop a serious infection and is still on antibiotics as am I. I think future guests should be warned. »

« Excellent 👌. Big, warm, clean and super easy to stay at. If you want to go somewhere with no restrictions, i.e. hotel, then this is the place to go. In the perfect spot of Swansea, it's ideal for a family, a couple of just by yourself. Try it, you won't regret it. »
