« It’s beautiful! On a bay, beautiful view from the pool. Temp on pool area warm southeast great to swim. The restaurant was great, drinks and bartenders were outstanding, view was great. There was a singer playing in the bar. Lovely. »

Lots of helpful information about the house and nearby attractions. Only downside is the lack of a second shower stall, which could be inconvenient for a large family. »

« Traveling with 3 adults, 3 kids 1-13 and 2 dogs and we all fit. Cottage was very clean, air conditioner worked wonderfully and communication with the host was prompt. The kids loved the fishing, kayaks and paddle boats. The neighbors were great and very friendly. I highly recommend Van Cleve park and Gladstone beach if your traveling with kids. Even the neighborhood dog “Gus” was welcoming »

« Brought niece and her 2 teens to visit family in Gladstone. 12 yo nephew LOVED fishing!! Everyone went out in kayaks, paddleboat, and played yard games. Exceptionally clean and stocked with what we needed. Reached out to owners for a couple questions and they replied immediately. Definitely recommend this place. »

« My family and dog stayed at the Eagle's retreat for a few days and we loved the location, across from park and beach and easy access other areas. We really appreciated being able to park in the garage and having access to all the bikes and yard games was a huge plus. Kitchen was a good size and had lots of things provided. Very easy to communicate with owners. Would definitely recommend »
