« Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. Was rather unfortunate to witness. It spoilt the mood immediately. The lounge area was so relaxing with gorgeous views. The pool area was nice and clean but the floors are quite smooth and slippy! »

« This was a great find for our party of 6 and in an excellent location in Girvan. The accommodation was wonderful with well furnished spacious rooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Lovely area for walking and for golf. The only slight negative were the mattresses which could have been firmer. »

« The room was a good size and we were lucky to be facing the loch. Looked to be have been updated recently. All the staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant. I would suggest you have a look at the water pressure for the showers though. I'd look to stay again if I was heading to Stranraer »

« Excellent in every respect. Superbly friendly with a responsive and caring host. Room first class with comfortable beds & ample towels. Lovely setting. High class food. Only minor issue is breakfast is only served after 08.30 - not ideal if you want an early start. »
