« Host was very good. Property was excellent. Kids loved functional cubby house with three beds. Property was clean plenty of space, beds and linen to fit total of 12. One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean,dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. As it was very hectic for us to put the dishes away etc with kids. »

« House is in a good location and the amenities in the house are very good, the only fault I could mention is the wifi, it has been very bad throughout the whole stay but the hosts have informed me that this will be upgraded very soon, as I have extended my stay fora further 2 months hopefully this will improve for the remainder of my stay. »

« Pros: -large space inside the house -Carport was useful -Easy car access to Sale town centre -Laundry facilities are good -Quiet location Cons: - poor communication from host on arrival, no info pack anywhere in the house. - very noisy aircon, basically unusable - Towels were rough and well used - very tired decor, needs full revamped - windows difficult to close - outside and inside woodwork needs painting - windows need to be washed - toilet door can’t be opened from the inside if shut....

« The apartment is almost new, very clean, well furnished, well equipped and has only two small steps for access. The photos in the Stayz listing are very accurate. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they allowed us early access on a threatening day. We also really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine.The only downside was that the hot water was tepid on the 2nd evening when we were washing up, and cold on the final morning. The hosts said it was because they relied on solar...
