« Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. On arrival the toilet seat had dried up urine all over it. The red carpet had dead flies & many black hairs on it. There was often a very strange loud mystery noise that vibrated...

« The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. « Mary and Steve were exceptional hosts and their two children were great as well. They were very accommodating and had a beautiful property to stay on. They very much open up their homes and are willing to share it as much as possible. »
