« We were walking The Dales Way and arrived on a very wet Sunday afternoon. The staff at the pub were extremely welcoming and reserved us a table for dinner. The shepherds hut was lovely and cosy (underfloor heating), exactly what we needed after a long wet walk! The breakfast hamper was very welcome too. »

« Lovely accommodating owners of the guest house. Nice room and bathroom. Area to sit downstairs and watch the TV, which was lovely. Surrounded by nice walks and a local pub. Breakfast was also nice. I cannot fault the place. »

Great location for visiting a lovely part of the Yorkshire Dales.
Check in was welcoming and well organised.
Lovely decor (room and restaurant/bar), spotlessly clean.
Delicious food and friendly efficient service. Lovely breakfast with plenty to choose from.
