Very unique hotel. The owner was very accommodating. Super close to train station. Rooms were modern but felt like you were in the middle of Italy. Highly recommended.

The property has a charm .... its location is also a plus since it is on The Grand Canal. It could also use further upgrading... a lobby configuration that is freshened up and more conducive to sitting and watching the passers bye. the ventilation system is limited in that during the evening when I required cooling, I had to open windows for coolness... this allowed the late night street noise to come in. The BIGGEST plus is how friendly and helpful the vast majority of the staff was!!!
