Hôtels près du Giant Axe à Lancaster

« Real luxury, and a quiet, dark night's sleep. »

« Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day. Jacuzzi worked once we got the hang of it.TV kept pixeling but got better. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Stayed Friday and Saturday night, got back...

« Great, everything was fine. »

Nicole »

« Great value for money and staff are very helpful. »

« Great trip, Tom was really helpful and even upgraded our room »

« Highly recommended. Way to find and access. Clean and close to the station »

« Pool felt cold compared to when we stayed a few years back, warmed up slightly on 2nd day. Changing rooms could do with some TLC missing locker doors or broken. Nice food although some items off the menu were not available. Only 1 towel was provided in room on arrival had to ask twice for more. Rooms adequate, bathroom ok but black mood on walls near shower. Walls are paper thin, could hear the person next door coughing and having a wee! Lovely. Wish other people staying would have...

« Fire alarm went off, couldn’t get in contact with the host at all so the firemen had to override the system. without that the alarm would have went off all night. no checkout information was given, so wasn’t sure what to do at all. told to contact a number rather than on the booking site and never heard back. better places in Lancaster to stay. »
