« I only stayed 3 days in this super hotel. I usually don't go to that type of hotels, I was not disappointed. The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. The bathroom is great, the beds are super comfy and it is well isolated. Superb view from my room and the restaurant, where the food was fine, slightly expensive but correct prices. « スイートルームを予約しました。 部屋に入ると空調はされておらず蒸し風呂状態でした。 エアコンを点けても全く涼しくならず、エンジニアが来てチェックしましたが冷房にしても送風だけで冷たい風は出ないとの事でした。 フロントデスクは他のスイートは満室なのでダウングレードになるが部屋を変わるか聞かれましたが既に深夜で疲れていたのと、何故か部屋に扇風機が置かれていたので部屋は変わらずそのまま扇風機を付けて寝ました。 スイートルームと言ってもリビングと寝室が分かれていたり、ソファがある訳でもなく、ただ部屋がだだっ広いだけです。 出張で滞在しましたがチェックインの際、部下のベトナム人女性と一緒でしたが、フロントデスクは部下には何も聞かず、私にベトナム人女性同伴禁止を承知しているという書類にサインさせられました。 部下はあまりに失礼だと激怒していました。 »

« Only thing i would suggest is to inform guests about the key policy. We were not aware of the charge for lost keys. In our country, you can ask for as many keys as you want and you dont need to return them. Thank you. »
