The Villa, a beautiful residence located uniquely adjacent to Cooke Park, a short walk to the boat ramp and magnificent ocean pool. Boat Harbour is a great location for many activities including, snorkeling, diving swimming and exploring the many rock pools on the tidal rock shelves.
The Gerringong Boat Harbour also has a natural rock pool with a sandy beach with gentle slope into the pool. Great for beginners to learn to snorkel. EV Car Charger. WiFi Aussie Broadband NBN 400Mbps / 65Mbps.
The space
Villa del Porto has a master queen bedroom with an on suite, two queen bedrooms and a third lounge area that can be a 4th bedroom. The second bathroom is fully appointed with a seperate toilet.

Two Portable - Harman Kardon BT speakers.
EV charger on request.
Three Smart LG TV's with HDMI connections installed to connect to your equipment.

Children can stay in the kids lounge at no charge by request.

There is also fishing gear available at no charge on request. (An honesty policy in place so just replace lost tackle.)
